5 things you need to know!

To guarantee prompt pickup and delivery, please turn in used workwear for washing by the evening prior to collection.

• Clean workwear is regularly delivered to your personal locker (usually weekly).
• You drop off worn clothing in the bardusch drop-off locker/container, and we wash and care for it for you.

Your Tasks:

• Return worn clothing on time—at the latest by the evening before collection day—so it can be washed.
• Drop off in the bardusch drop-off locker/container—recognizable by the large insertion flap at the top.
• Returned too late? Then the clothing will be picked up at the next collection and returned two weeks later.

Further Information:

• You can ask your supervisor or laundry coordinator about the collection day and time.
• The cycle may vary depending on the company.
• Clothing distribution may also be automated or organized differently.

Each company individually agrees with us on the quantity of each garment provided to its employees.

• Each company determines how many items of clothing are provided per employee.
• You always receive several pieces of each item, so you always have enough clothing to wear, wash, and process.
• If you have questions, please contact your supervisor or laundry coordinator.

Examples of Equipment & Return Quantities:

• If you are provided with 3 items, you may return a maximum of 1 item per cycle.
• If you are provided with 5 items, you may return a maximum of 2 items per cycle.
• If you are provided with 7 items, you may return a maximum of 3 items per cycle.
• If you are provided with 9 items, you may return a maximum of 4 items per cycle.
• If you are provided with 11 items, you may return a maximum of 5 items per cycle.

To ensure the protective function of your clothing is not lost, repairs to your workwear are included in the bardusch service.

• Tears or holes are repaired according to standards as part of the bardusch service to maintain protection.
• Repairs can easily be registered online and then dropped off in the drop-off locker

• If a garment is no longer repairable, it will be replaced with a new one after consultation.
• If you have questions, please contact your supervisor or laundry coordinator.

To ensure your workwear fits and you feel comfortable, our service includes size exchanges whenever necessary.

• For a size exchange, speak to your supervisor or laundry coordinator.
• Once approved, the exchange can usually be carried out quickly.
• Please note that there may be delays for personalized or special sizes.

You handed in your clothing on time but did not receive a delivery? Here’s what to do if you are missing items!

• Immediately inform your supervisor or laundry coordinator. They have direct contact with the bardusch customer service.
• Thanks to the barcode system, it can be quickly checked where your garment is.
• Please do not call the general phone number: For data protection reasons, no information can be provided there.
